What
is CPD?
CPD
is one of Bangladesh's
leading civil society think-tanks.
CPD conducts research and
dialogues on issues of
developmental interest and
concern to Bangladesh. Based on
these CPD endeavours to
influence policy making in the
country with the objective of
generating domestically-owned
and demand-driven policy agendas
for Bangladesh. CPD is generally
looked upon by stakeholders in civil society to
provide a space where issues of
national concern can be exposed to
interactive discussion within an
enlightened environment. CPD has
established its credibility as one
of the very few platforms in Bangladesh
where stakeholders with various,
often conflicting, perspectives
are agreeable to sit around a
dialogue table and discuss
issues that demand national
attention.
