Reference & Documentation Unit
CPD has
established a Reference and Documentation Unit (RDU) which
serves as a depositor of books, monographs, journals,
periodicals and newspaper-clippings on current and strategic
policy issues. The CPD plans to develop its Reference and
Documentation Unit by augmenting its capacity through on-line
access to information and procurement of relevant published
documents. Information generated through CPD's dialogue
programmes as part of its research activities is also
systematically catalogued by the RDU. The RDU also takes
special efforts to collect intermediate fugitive materials
which are not generally available in the libraries and are not
systematically collated.
The RDU is generally for in-house use.
